Looking for master/medium bedroom for jan, or feb,

Need a medium/master bedroom with own toilet attached.
I have indoor cats with me. Thus, will need room with own toilet as my cats will stay inside the room & I need room with enough windows as well.

I don't want to share with family, as I spend most of my times at room and i have classes over the weekend and need a quiet place.
